Sponsorship letter

Below you will find the sponsorship letter as well as the packages. If you would like to find a sponsor for yourself, you are welcome to do so. All sponsorships are due August 4.

Photos

As you all know, our team photos will be on August 8, beginning at 6pm. As of right now, the photos will be at Pineview Reservoir at Cemetery Point. If we do not get our uniforms in time, we will need to reschedule. Below are the packages available for the photos. Amber Togisala is going to be our photographer. I've worked with her a lot in the past and I think she will be able to achieve what we are looking for this year.  All cheerleaders will need to have their photo taken for the team photo, and also one individual for the display case. The cheerleaders will need to wear an EARTH TONE colored dress. Boys will be in either a suit or a shirt and tie.  That means creams, blush, tan, brown, white. NOT BRIGHT PURPLE, BLUE OR ORANGE! (Odd that I have to explain that, but I do). They will also need to bring their uniform (crossing fingers we get it this week).

Includes: 3 sheets (8 x 10 is a sheet, 2-5x7's, 3-4x6s same pose, 8 wallets same pose)

Camp

Hey everyone!

Here is the schedule for this weeks cheer camp! Please make sure you have everything ready ahead of time! Jamie will bring names for Secret Sister/Brother to cheer on Monday. Please make sure you have your gift ready for Wednesday night. Also, please review the list below to ensure you have everything packed! 

Wednesday, June 22 - BHS Day 1

12:00pm camp begins 

6pm camp ends 

6:15 dinner at Jamie's with motivational speaker

Immediately following will be a sleepover at Jamie's. (Boys will stay as late as they can, then sleep at their own homes - sorry boys)

Thursday, June 24 - Pitcher's Day 2 

9am camp begins 

12pm lunch 

4pm camp ends

Sponsorship forms

Below you will find the link to the sponsorship forms. There will not be a requirement as to how many sponsors each cheerleader will need to attain. There is a spot on the form that the sponsor must fill out in regard to what percentage they would like to go to the individual cheerleader vs the cheer fund as a whole. The cheerleader MUST be mentioned on the form in order for them to get credit. Please make sure you print both papers and staple them upon finding a sponsor.

Little Cheerleader Forms

Here is the flyer for the Little Cheer Parade! Make sure to write your name on the top in order for you to get credit. Please note if they already have a shirt from the winter fundraiser, they do not need to buy a new one unless they want one. 

I will print off 5 copies per cheerleader before our next practice. If you need more, you can find them here. Please let me know of any questions you may have. Thanks everyone!

Hey everyone,

Here are your big sister - little sister assignments. We have 16 veterans, and 8 rookies, so we have 2:1 ratio per rookie.

Veterans - you're responsible for helping your rookie know routines, cheers, and making sure they have a ride to/from practice this summer.

Rookies - please ask your veterans if you have questions, concerns, or need help with anything at all.

Parade Dates

Here are the Parade dates for 16-17. We will be participating in two parades, South Ogden Days and Washington Terrace Days.

Washington Terrace Days:

June 11 @ 5pm. We will meet at 4:15 to warm up. Cheerleaders are free to go after parade concludes.

South Ogden Days:

Little Cheerleader Fundraiser takes place June 15-17 at 8:30am-10am. It is mandatory for each cheerleader to find 10 little cheerleaders to participate! This is a huge fundraiser so get working on it now.

Parade: June 18 @ 9am. We will meet at 8am in front of South Ogden Jr High to hand out t-shirts, tie sleeves, and paint faces. Cheerleaders are free to go after every little cheerleader has found a parent and left the area.
