Sponsorships

Hey everyone!

As discussed at practice today, everyone is required to get $150 in sponsorships that will go to the cheer account. After that, all sponsorship money will go toward the individual cheerleader to help pay for nationals. This is a great fundraiser but just note the sponsorship packages have changed from previous years.

If a sponsor donates LESS THAN $100, it will be considered a donation and they will not receive anything in the packages. This donation will still go directly toward whatever you owe, but they won't have a reward for it. All sponsorships are tax deductible. If you would like to contact the bookkeeper for the tax form, you may do so and then deliver it to the sponsor.

AFTER you have achieved the individual goal of $150 and the $850 for nationals, you can continue to fundraise but know those funds will go DIRECTLY TO THE CHEER ACCOUNT! No one can build a balance in their own account.

Please let me know if there are any other questions. Print off both papers and present them with the letter on top explaining the sponsorship and how the cheerleaders would benefit. I would contact any and everyone you know that has a small business. The due date for the sponsorships is September 5. Please remind the sponsors they need to send me a JPEG of their LOGO (should they choose to purchase that package) so I can get the banner up as soon as possible.

Uniform Fitting

THANK YOU for being so patient as I finally remember to post this.

Please come at your allotted time with a sports bra and bums on. We need to see how everything will fit. Please note that the blue uniform will need to be ordered for some considering we do not have enough for the entire squad this year, but not everyone will receive a new one. We will do our best to fit you to a uniform but this one is a rental and it may not fit exactly perfect.
